A few items of information/clarificationfor Colorado LBCs:
1) By now, you have received an email regarding our two "new" Athlete Representatives to the Colorado LBC, Board of Directors, Ronnie Reams and Terrance Perro for the remainder of the 2009-2012 term. I want to CONGRATULATE these boxers in representing our Colorado LBC Athletes. I know they will do an outstanding job!

2) It has been brought to my attention that there is some confusion as to the Coaches Representative position on the LBC Board of Directors. The elected Coaches Representative was removed by the LBC Board of Directors on March 8, 2009 for not fulfilling the duties of the position. Contrary to the many rumors, no one was appointed to this position until April 17, 2009. At this time, an Executive Board Meeting was held and one of the agenda items was to appoint a Coaches Representative to the LBC BOD. I appointed the current Members-At-Large (CC Edwards and/or Basheer Abdullah) to temporarily fill this position until a regularly scheduled meeting of the LBC BOD/BOG can meet and elect a new Coaches Representative to the LBC Board of Directors. I received the advice and consent of the rest of the BOD for this appointment.
